not talking about your favorite foods/dishes - what foods do you get cravings for out of the blue?

these aren't my favorite foods but at least once a month i get serious cravings for dill pickles, saurkraut and black licorice. Not together - i'm not pregnant!

i always crave beef jerky but it doesn't count, it is my favorite snack food.

I often get cravings for roast beef dip sandwiches, pickled pigs feet, bacon dogs with grilled onions, spicy teriyaki shrimp with steam rice, and Corona beers with lime and salt.

chipotle used to be the place i would have to goto .. oddly now that I live in Asia, my pho fix is limited so thats what I get cravings for

i get cravings for fat - any fat - i've been dieting for a year - my gut is nearly flat again but i just go ape over fat - i'm grilling an organic lamb steak right now and i really only want the fat - it is just so friggin tasty!!

Mm, let me think for what i am craving:
definately raw fish, the one called Sashimi in Japan.
I knew the name of a very rare fish that is also the most expensive fish in the world.. I think is Maguro called. Maybe Bluefin Tuna?

Anything takeaway! I try not to eat a lot of takeaway since my freezer is full but I always give in. Indian or Chinese being my biggest weakness.

I go through phases when I crave things that I can only get back home. At the moment it is pirogies. I can have them on June 24th.
