Try something like http://www.hostsearch.com, you can search by different criterions ( price, bw, etc. ).

It may be hard to compile an accurate comparison list due to varying offers. Not everyone carries the same packages and plans. On top of that, many companies will offer custom plans.

Almost everyone will offer a reduction in prices to whats posted publicly. Plus its hard to compare one company to another depending on their backbone, infrastructure and level of service...
