But after checking out the site that was watermarked on the vid i don't think it will stay up long.

The site will inevitably get flagged if there is any sort of adult content. The best you can hope for is that they just flag it and put a warning up before the view sees your video. Thats what they did with us and we are still getting a good chunk of visits.
