11:32 E-Mail Phat Servers to have program(s) installed, name server set up.

12:09 Receive e-mail that programs have been installed, and my passwords, etc.

Now DAT my friends is SERVICE.

Yeah those guys are great for support. Actually the fastest of everyone i have hosted with.

Phatservers generally just predicts what you'll need done that day and sets it up before you finish composing the email.

I agree. I've probably tried, or used a half dozen over 10 years. PhatServers is by far the most responsive.
