Not really, I've been with Dell, Compaq, and eMachines (Gateway). Dell really sucks, and so does eMachine/Gateway. I think I'm going with HP since they make compaqs now, compaqs was a great computer, never broke down, had it for like 6 years before i upgraded, now its going on 10.

How is HP, does anybody know?

I bought a Sony desktop many years ago and never had one problem with it. Have bought many more since then and never had any issues to speak of. Sony computers and Samsung monitors make a great combination
