I just got off the phone with a FSC official, and emailed Mike the update. Thanks to Mike and those of you assisting with this, this now has lots of priority FSC attention. Incidentally, some FSC board members have significant direct contacts for pursuing criminal matters:-). Since this relates directly to testimony I provided under oath in the ongoing 2257 situation, I've also alerted one of the key attorneys representing ALL of us---I'm hopeful that she might enlist her POC at DOJ to add federal interest into getting this scumbag off the street; wouldn't THAT be ironic AND a lesson for DOJ why they need to back off of the revised 2257 regulations!
Mike, et al -----on behalf of the talent who might possibly have had to endure identity theft or physical/emotional stalking from this situation, THANKS for your outstanding efforts in this matter!!
