I highly doubt it or its hidden so well no one can find it :pimp

Nikki_Licks 03-16-2007 11:52 AM

I guess we will not get answers to these questions??????????

Then please explain this..........
1). Why was I not sent some sort of notification of epassporte's intention to take action and move my money because it was not used or to check and see if I wanted the account closed?

Epassporte has all my contact information, there is no excuise for not contacting me, execpt that no one gave a rats ass and just decided to do what ever they wanted with my money.

3). Where on epassportes web site, does it state monies will be safeguarded if not used within 120 days????

4). Why is it that I have to wait 3 days for epassporte to move the money back? The money should have been transferred to my account when I called.
What is so hard about moving my money back....again...this is not rocket science.

We safeguard the monies of an inactive account because an inactive account implies things such as...
The Card Holder had forgotten about the account
The Card Holder may no longer want to use the account but did not know to contact us and close the account

The money will be returned after the Card Holder contact us.

Why not notify them with an e-mail? How about notifying them when they login? I'm sorry, but removing funds and not saying a word looks a lot like theft to me. Not to mention the fact it's the single most retarded safeguard I've ever heard of.

This sounds very fishy. What about people who forgot they had money in there? Is their money "safeguarded" forever? Would love to know why safeguarding someone's money is a big secret to the account holder.

Retarded, maybe, but very effective. A thief can't steal what's already been stolen. :1orglaugh

I guess not responding to the questions, pretty much speaks volumes to me, of course I shouldnt expect anything more out of a company that got caught messing with funds from my account .................
They have until tomorrow and then I am going to turn into the stepchild that hates their stepparents ass.

well to be fair the only rep on gfy is michael i believe and he does a great job helping people with problems.. sure i would like to see more transparency but he is just doing the job he is told, he doesnt make the decisions , just passes along the info.. Hopefully he will pass our concerns on to those above him and hopefully they act on them..:thumbsup

I fully agree. Michael has been doing what he can to get this resolved. I have even told him so and I am sure he is not responding because he has someone above him giving orders. I will say Michael0 has always been there to resolve any issue or answer a question.....I am not on his back, I am on epassporte's back and would like some answers, that's all.
The only reason I ask him to address my questions was because he is the only person I know to get in touch with. As I have said before, I do not blame Michael.

I have asked legit questions and they should be addressed, but that may be too much to ask for
Things just don't seem right and a good explaination is needed....besides the one pulled out of thin air earlier in this thread.

Nikki_Licks 03-16-2007 05:33 PM

Well here is an update. even though I have problems with epassporte, I have to load funds and pay people I owe. We seemed to have a glitch and was notified to call customer service......which does not exist.....so after a 45 minute wait, I hear a click and I get cut off.......:321GFY :321GFY

This company straight out sucks ass, your customer service sucks, your hold times are horrific and you play with customers money..................what next....I really have to ask, are you guys operating out of a basement?????

cones 03-16-2007 06:15 PM

Damn Nikki_Licks sorry to hear about having your money stolen man :(

I wouldn't say it was stolen, but rather creatively reinvested until I found out about it.
Thanks though :winkwink:

Nikki_Licks 03-16-2007 07:41 PM

I have made my decision and I have had enough of epassportes' unprofessional acts, crummy customer service and the lack of caring about fucking with my money, which they know what you did with it.

I have commitments with clients to pay bills I owe for work done and all there seems to be is problems. I have had nothing but problems since I opened an account with epassporte. I would pay these individuals via another payment system, but epass is all they take...so consider it fucking over myself, and others as well.

I happen to care about my reputation unlike your company [epassporte]. I do not have time for epassportes' shit anymore.
If need be, I will place a link to every thread that comes up about epassporte, linked to this thread, UNTIL I GET ANSWERS TO THE QUESTION'S I ASKED.....I will bump this every day until I can't bump it any more.

Some one in this dog and pony show must be in charge, anyone incharge care to have balls and stand up to the plate......answer some questions....after that I will decide where to take this situation next....your choice
I am not going away until you answer the questions
Answer the fucking questions

Nikki_Licks 03-16-2007 09:37 PM

Going to keep this at the top until someone from epassporte has the courtesy to answer my questions...I have plenty of time, how about you?
See you in the morning for another fine epassporte bump......

tical 03-17-2007 12:51 AM

good luck! bump for a response I would like to know what is up as well

if you drive fast, you will crash. if you have small stupid password or computer full of trojans, you will be hacked. why do you think you lost few bucks and big companies didnt loose thousands??? i think epassporte have many work to do with people as you. its easier to cry than learn some security. i know, what the f*ck i am talking about when i dont know english yes? :Oh crap :error

DirectXNetwork 03-18-2007 08:02 AM

Very interesting thread. Epass needs to straighten this out right away.

Your English is not what I was questioning. Epassporte has no business touching anyone?s money, regardless if it sits for a year.
If this so called practice of "USING" placing customers? money in the so called security account is standard practice, then it would be in some sort of TOS.

It is not in the TOS, they don't want to comment on the sneaky crap they just pulled because they know it is wrong.
It think is close to some fraudulent act and I am getting to the bottom of this, no matter how far I have to take it.

What do you mean by this statement????
[I think epassporte have many work to do with people as you.]

I have security, my money was put into an account that was suppose to be secure, but on the other hand, by them claiming to move my money to secure it only tells me epassportes' accounts are less than secure.
I doubt this is the case. They removed the money to work with by placing it in an account that probably earns a high interest rate; they did not remove it for security purposes...that statement is all horseshit and window dressing to cover what I consider shady business.

This could happen to any epassporte customer; it's just a matter of time. I recently read threads where customers were having money problems with epassporte and said the same thing you have said here....guess what; I am in their shoes now.
And if you have any problems, then count one receiving lousy customer service and excuses that are hard to believe.
So, if you have any money in your account, I would highly recommend removing it. This company can not be trusted to handle/manage customer’s money….plain and simple

"Close to" would only be the case if this was in their terms.

I lost you here? So are you saying I was close, but no cigar ;)

Nikki_Licks 03-18-2007 09:02 AM

What ever they have done is wrong and they know it. I still don’t have my funds back. I am sure it is because of the weekend. This gives them time to change the TOS on the site while trying to find my money.
I have already taken screen shots of the site so making any sneaky changes will not work.

These people need to take me seriously. I am not going to fuck around much more. After that I am going to light a fire on this situation and then they can answer to higher up.
Like I said prior, life is about to become very uncomfortable for them.

No, I'm saying that, unless it's in their terms, "close to" is in reality not the case, but it would rather be downright fraud. :)

Caffiend 03-18-2007 09:10 AM

I've had nothing but good experiences with epassporte thus far, but I really want to hear some answers to Nikki_Licks' perfectly legitimate questions. This thread has made me very wary about taking funds through epass in the future.

myboringlife 03-18-2007 09:26 AM

oh man, nikki i feel bad for you
that's really not cool of a 'business' to do that to the people that support it
it really sucks when we are forced to rely on people like this
i've had some problems with them too
it's a pain in the ass to get anything done and boy do they take their sweet time when they have your money
they suck it out from under you before you even know it's gone
but then it's a career move to get things done
i know you'll get your money back but i'm sorry you had to be so stressed out about it

you'd think with all the money flying around the internet there would be a reliable source we could trust with our monies

thanks for posting nikki
at least now other people will understand what they are up to

98% of their clients trust them. They provide an excellent service, with no competition. These small individual problems won't change that, at least not for now.
