I owuld never accept a first offer.
Try it get it a bit higher and sell.

id probably sell it, but really its something you can only decide on yourself
Things don't look too bright for poker now a days... I would negotiate and then sell it...

counter offer could make them discouraged.. take it!

...sell .. sell .... and sell
I think you should sell.. But not for that price.
If they are planning on putting a casino on that domain I would ask for a lot more. They will be willing to buy at any price up to $250,000 I would imagine. I would research on weather or not they are putting balls into the basket. Perhaps you can give them a nod and then see if they do something like make a DBA based on it... See if they get their ball rolling and then up the cost accordingly... |
Sell it! Poker is SOOO 2006!
i'd sell it and not look back.
No answer....
i'd sell the domain if I were you

but in case of such typein names, parking is often the best option f.e in adult domains, parking pays better than monetising the traffic through a mini review site (although logic would indicate otherwise) |
i'd sell it if i were you.
id probably sell it and run out and get 400 hookers
Depends on your financial situation.
if you have money to develop the domain and maybe partner up with a gifted SEO man, you could see that revenue every month with a good pokerdomain. but if you know nothing about gambling and nothing about developing domains, you should definately sell it. |
If you have a yearly return of over 20% on whatever you are going to invest the money in you should sell it.
Sell it and forget about it.
sell and don't look back
go buy yourself a Porsche and enjoy your life |

first of all who says the lump sum can't be turned into a re occuring revenue also. invest in mutual funds, stocks that pay dividends, second mortgages or other domain names. and you would have your recurring revenue stream again. all of which would be have or be more stable revenue streams in the future given the instability in gambling domains given the new laws. |
Send me the name and the stats. I can almost certainly beat that offer if it's a pure type-in domain.

$95.000 on a savingsaccount with 5% interest is $4750 a year... and that's about 86 guaranteed days of your "daily profit", until you find something more elite to do with he cash :)
reject it. the domain market is not cyclic.
don't sell

It would depend totally on the nature of the domain what i would do with it.
Nobody has suggested it but depending on the domain and what they wanted to do with it you could lease it if you didn't want to sell right now. |
In regard of what´s going on in the online poker market right now I would sell fast. Most rooms don´t accept US players anymore and the couple left are sailing in rough waters. The peek is over. My guess is that you won´t be making $55/day of it in a year or two. Poker is a high risk biz. Sell

REMINDER: I am not a SEO guy but onlinepoker.com and online-poker.net are equally good for SEO from what I know
Thanks for the comments. Counteroffer of 115k was accepted.
