How do I get my refund from myworldphone.com ? - GoFuckYourself.com

I bought a phone back in november from myworldphone.com.
My overnight shipping took 2 weeks to get to me. When I got it, the phone took pictures upside down, and for being a "new unbranded phone" it didnt have any of the protective plastic on it, and it was cingular branded.

I called and told them about this and they said to send it back and they would fix this one or send me a new one. So I sent it back (overnight with signature) to be replaced. After talking with them for almost 2 weeks about getting them to send me a phone back I had to buy from somewhere else.
I told myworldphone to just refund me, which they agreed to, but I never recieved.

For a while I just kinda of let it slide as I had more important things going on, but the last 2 weeks I have been told at least 5 times that my refund will show in my paypal by the days end. And every time I see nothing. When I tell them to proccess it right then and I will wait on the line for the paypal message to tell me I have recived the refund they hang up on me.
I have been hung up on at least 15 times, and at least 15 emails have gone un answered.

The refund is for a piddly 249 dollars. But its gotten to the point that I would pay more then that to get it back even, just to let them know they cant fuck me over like this.
So what the hell can I do now?

Anyone feel like visiting 148-48 Hillside Ave, Briarwood, New York 11435 and smashing knee caps or something?
