Seems Eric has censored & deleted posts in AFF threads that mention aff's use of Zango & has threated them with a ban.

I figured as much since I sent eric an ICQ 2 days ago about this thread and he hasn't replied back to me.

From people I know who it's happened to, the way it worked was like this:

You stop sending traffic for 30 days your account gets de-activated and you won't see futher payments. However if you contact them and bitch, they will re-activate it and send you your payments owed.

So I guess the idea is some people don't call to bitch or forget about the rebills and that money never needs to get paid out.

So it's not exactly like you described, and it is 100% legal since it's their terms - but it still is probably viewed as shady by most people. :2 cents:

What a fucked up company. SO if you send them traffic for years, build up your recurring revenue and then decide you want to retire, they can stop sending you money on your recurring sales after 30 days.

That sucks a company would even put that in their TOS. Any other companies that offer rebilling or % deals have any shit like that in their TOS.

Then again we all know when you have crappy stats, if they take a few of your whales away how would you know if that person really stopped spending money on the site or not.
