I see you represent peer4profit in your sig. Perhaps I need to add them to my blacklists. You obviously side with and support the thieves of this industry. Give me one good reason why every other webmaster here shouldn't add you to their blacklists as well. Sometimes it's best to shut your mouth rather than post every dumbass thought that pops into your head. |
This business always seems to succeed in sinking to a new low... what amazes me is that anyone would actually stick up for these assholes.

any update on this?

ai ai ai here is a bump

well hmmmm hmmmm mhhmm
ah fuck it |
its funny how all this sudden drama about stealing ref codes died so fast
and i have even seen people saying that 50% of the traffic gets hijacked ah well exaggerated drama like usually if it wasn't, then this would be still a topic, much bigger than some AFF banner on a torrent site |
Conspiracy theory?

Everything that doesn't add up is due to a "rogue affiliate."
|
That's some bad stuff.
|
if you are not watching your traffic then this is useful information. Otherwise, you wouldn't care
|
I don't know if this already has been suggested, or if it is already build in (I don't use the software).
But wouldn't it be an idea if NATS and MPA3 would have a built in fraud detection script which checks exactly this type of strange behaviour of rogue affiliates. I think most cash programs do want to do something about this. But it is possibly a lot of work, therefor it is not that high on their agenda. If they would just get a list of suspicious affiliates. It would make things a lot easier for them. I don't know..just an idea.. |
That dickhead must be stopped. Getting money without using their effort.... The hell with them...
|
Okidoki - even if they took an hour to go through a comparison of their click logs(referrals) and compared them to the ref codes of the affiliate once a week they could probably see who is getting hit with it - just to check the top 250 or so affiliates wouldnt be that hard - but yes a script that compares the ref url click aff code to the join aff codes wouldnt be that hard
