I'm looking to spend $500 a month on someone that needs virtually no skill. Has to be able to make links in frontpage and knows english pretty well. Am I going to be able to find it or should I stop looking?

I had this Philippine guy working for me I found him working to an outsourcing company for $200 a month, I paid him $350 + $50 cable bill...he was very happy and was available every day 8 hours per day including Sundays! he did great work but too bad after 2-3 months he was sick and disappeared, hope he didn't die

If you want one from a reliable outsourcing company? It would be $995 to start...

If you want to hire them yourself and work from their home... Total cost of $300-$400 should do the trick...but its a lot less reliable

Where to start... First, a goffer is someone who just goes and gets things: "go for". Someone with no skill wouldn't know how to use Frontpage or make links.
