Anybody else's Google traffic died?

I've noticed that Google has done something a few weeks ago and all of my Google traffic has died. Anybody else is having that problem?

are you talking about adwords traffic or just traffic from the organic searches?

I know somene that has a blog that was getting some really good traffic and had great ranks in google then it just disappeared and the traffic went with it.

I'm not talking about AdWords, I'm talking about regular search results.

What's a "supplemental index" and what happens to a site to fall into it?

I played the game just fine. I was #1 for all 3 of my most important searches. I was there for about 3 years now, and that's why I'm so surprised that it's changed so fast and so dramatically. It's not like I have simply fallen into a 2nd or 3rd spots - my site simply has disappeared from the top 10 at once.

Yes. So, it's not like I was banned. This has happened about 2 years ago and after 2 months - it all went back to normal. So, I'm wondering if that's the case this time as well. From what I understand it's impossible for Google to dramatically improv or change their algorythm as it's based on a very solid and simple concept. So, whenever they shuffle things around - it only makes it worse and they roll it back when they realize they fucked up.

Sounds to me like you got screwed on "trust rank". Probably linked to a bad neighborhood recently?

I lost my rankings for a few great keywords about 3 months ago and they haven't came back yet. Yahoo on the other hand is doing good for me.

Google dropped me about a month ago, but recently I started getting more keywords and traffic then before they dropped me.

Is there an online scan, or whatever to check if there's links to "bad neighborhoods"..

Would suck to check each link one by one.. is there something that would scan/spider my site & tell me if anything is a "bad neighborhood"?

I dont know of any place that does that currently seems like it would be a tool thats out there already tho. Making a script to do that would be fairly simple via Google API.

100% correct. I've been burned by Google before and I learned from that mistake...

Were your keywords generic and does your website contain porn related content?

Google has been tweaking a lot to remove porn from generic search phrases.
