Nah, they're insecure, they don't know where to put their hands, how to walk, they're so wary of what others will think of them that they decide to take the easy route and pretend they're talking to someone, so at least one arm is covered, and so is their facial expression, and they feel better at ease...

am i the only one who hates cell phones? me being 20 has to deal with dumbasses my age all day who are constantly on the phone every 10 minutes. either their phone is ringing, they're talking, or texting. not to mention my dumbass friends who if they can't get ahold of me decide to blow my shit up with 20 calls in rapid succession and not leave one message.
