Basically if someone's too lazy to read, Mr Lawley says "we want to give a great opportunity - a seperate .XXX domain - to the adult industry and since we spent a few $ millions preparing and lobbying for this thing already, we won't give up, even though it's clear that noone wants to hear about us"
