I Just started a mainstream site but I don´t know how to get traffic? adwords works fine with this sites? Its a site about health and pills. Next week I will start another about electronics.

If somebody can give me some tip about how advertise/get traffic for this kind of sites is welcome

make a site map, submit it to google tools
buy links from top ranking sites with similar keywords
buy traffic

that should get you started.

Hmm, only option for you with a site like that is mad marketing. Get paid spots with other sites and/or do some ppc advertising.

I would venture to say a $200 press release would have a ton more value than $500 at adwords

What specific niche are you promoting (you mentioned health and pills)-but what type?
What are the demographics of your your audience?

Ask yourself these 2 questions... then move on to getting an answer!
