    How to get traffic for a mainstream site?

    I Just started a mainstream site but I don´t know how to get traffic? adwords works fine with this sites? Its a site about health and pills. Next week I will start another about electronics.

    If somebody can give me some tip about how advertise/get traffic for this kind of sites is welcome

          make a site map, submit it to google tools
          buy links from top ranking sites with similar keywords
          buy traffic

          that should get you started.

                  Hmm, only option for you with a site like that is mad marketing. Get paid spots with other sites and/or do some ppc advertising.
