I prefer adwords...it takes time to get good targetted keyword lists, but it's still by far the best mainstream traffic source imho. Tried several other services and all I got was a bunch of crap traffic.

Adwords and Adsense have worked really well for me.
Always keep your eye out for weird increases in spending when you use Adsense, lot's of click fraud out there.  |
