Wild fluctuations in DL speed from comcast
Every time I connect too newsgroups lately i drop from around 9mbit to 1mbit. What gives? It stays that way until I power cycle everything. Comcast claims they arent doing, and I guess since I have to power cycle the really are not. Any guesses?

I switched off Comcast to RCN because of shady shit. I don't know if they are doing anything on purpose, but I would get some weird fluctuations in speed as well.
