If you are not taking submissions and just setting up "fake" tgps, JMB's TGP Rotator has essentially what is a server license. You install it on one domain, but you can make as many sites as you want on as many domains as you want as long as they are on the same box.

Yep, TGP Rotator is one of the best scripts out there. Easy to use, yet powerful enough for advanced users (you can even use perl code directly in your templates if you want).

Yea if you want unlimited sites and only buy one script TGP rotator isn't bad..
