Just curious how each of you check and what is the best way to make sure whether webcam sponsor reliable.I know, there are many ways but what is the best of them for you?

P.S without sending traff of course.

As in reliable do you mean are they going to pay you? If that is your question I would stick with a company that has been around and in the industry for along time.
