i just got cool daylight balanced lights..its nice. the light output per watt seems to be around 3 times higher with the flo lighting.
one thing i really like is the fact the the light is already diffused making it is very difficult to burn (overexpose) anything. |

I use a couple of Four-foot 4-bank Kino flo lights nowadays from the 4-Bank select kit to throw daylight normally, but I am about to invest in some more fluorescent lights to complement these. I probably am just gonna bite the bullet and get some more big Kinos.
