i just got cool daylight balanced lights..its nice. the light output per watt seems to be around 3 times higher with the flo lighting.

I use a couple of Four-foot 4-bank Kino flo lights nowadays from the 4-Bank select kit to throw daylight normally, but I am about to invest in some more fluorescent lights to complement these.
