I actually look at headers alot to make sure the E-mail is coming from the right place and person.

My name and information has been plastered all over the Internet for years. Yet I still get a little creeped out when people come to me WITH my name or information. Why? Because that means they went out of their way to find out who I am.

Anyone who has even a shred of respect for me will call me Sly publicly or on the boards. A few select friends and associates know my real name, I have no problem with them calling me it privately, but publicly I'm not so cool with quite yet. Mainly because I prefer to be called Sly at this time.

It's all about preferences and respect. We get in pisses all the time around here, which is good fun. But at the same time we all respect each other, for the most part anyway. We need to keep the respect for each other and each others wishes, no matter how much we hate each other. Tonight we had a breach of respect... plain and simple.

Your responses to me about protecting your source of information on me appeared to imply that you have A SOURCE OF INFORMATION ON ME, which opens the door to the question 'what else does he know'.

That question could have been answered quickly, but a game ensued. I played along I see, and maybe I came off as accusing you of stalking (yes I see the title of this thread) ~ but it is a legitimate question when someone knows a little too much information about you and is not forthcoming about how.
