Hey guys, we share some office space with the Capps Internet Crew in the Toronto area and now due to growth we need to find a new office.
The office we have is located on Evans and Kipling in Etobicoke, and is around 2100 sq feet. Consists of 5 private manager offices, one main workspace for employees, a boardroom and a kitchen/lunch room. The office is conveniently located to the Gardiner and 427 highways, right across the street from Tim Hortons (which is always a bonus in my mind haha!) and is only a quick 5-10 minute drive into downtown Toronto. There is an existing lease on the office for another 15 months or so and we're looking to sublease this existing time. We're willing to aggressively price this office so we can focus our time on the new office space we are moving into. This office would be optimally suited for a 10+ person internet operation. If you have anymore questions please feel free to hit up me or Cameron from Teeniesxxx/Madthumbs. Thank you! DH |
