boy, you got talent! Good luck to you on finding the right guys.

I think you are more suitable for the mainstream business rather than adult. You are a rare logo expert ;)

OK work for $75. I don't know If I would pay $300 though. A little too generic.
All I see are fonts and clip art.

With a second look the work is not bad at all. Perhaps changing the back rounds on some of your samples may increase business. Good luck

You are entitled to your opinion, but cmon... generic? We only do professional high quality work. We are both artists at heart and all designs are original. Every graphic you see is made from scratch, so I don't see what you are talking about...

Please go do a google search for mainstream or any type of logo design, and please compare our original works of creativity to true clipart crap. You won't find modern day, true creative design of this caliber for the current pricing we are offering, besides we do get quite a bit of business at our normal pricing which is $300 per.

We provide all layers unmerged in .psd formats, all fonts used if any custom text is not created and we also supply vector formats and any other formats needed.

Well, I think her (and his? Luka Pensa's in this too, right?) work is totally different to your logo. Your logo is a Photoshop logo, not a corporate one and there's is very big difference in them.

Oh..I see it's luka pensas site now
I loved his work three years ago and I still love it, too bad the logo (062) on your portfolio, the one you did for me is (in my opinion) the worst of your logos. :

Yes, I do see how it does not look like one of our best works. We will gladly work with you again on it, if you need at no extra charge. I'm unsure as to how that one didn't come out so good and I apologize

The phrase you've used is quite misleading ...

Photoshop is an application for creating art. I suspect you find that Luka uses Photoshop as one of his main applications. As do I for web work and toon line and color.

What you're saying is that Luka's work is simple and clean corporate style, and the other one is a cartoony style.

Very different, but neither is 'better' than the other because of the style. Quality and style are not exclusive of each other. A high quality toon logo is worth the same as a high quality clean corporate logo.

I'm not judging the work in the thread at all. Just making distictions between the styles etc.

Lol. You know just as well as I do what I ment. But not everyone is a designer and know the difference between vector graphics and something that's just a .PSD, hence the 'photoshop logo'. If your superior knowledge of photoshop and the terminology makes you feel better, knock yourself out.

Also, nowhere did I say that either was better.

No, no. It's all good. When Luka did the logo he was in the middle of something (with you?), a big move or something. When I said then that I didn't like it, he just said he didn't have time to redo it. At the time I was pretty pissed off about it, but that's all in the past and doesn't change that the (other) logos are damn fine. I just wrote the expenses off, so no hard feelings at all. You can't win them all.

I turned to Dickmans design which was a good choice, and I don't need to have you redo anything for me. My post came out a bit harsh, and that wasn't my intention. Sorry.

Ok, I just wanted to make sure. Every designer has their bad days and they look back on something and think to themselves, "what was I thinking?". So I just wanted you to know it may have been one of "those" days when we created that logo and we'll be glad to work with you again if you ever need.

I love their work. I contacted them about a logo a couple of times but I guess they were too busy at the time. They sent a draft, I asked for some changes but never heard back. Still great work and would use them in a heartbeat.
