im just about to start a small paysite. i live in germany, and i plan to host my site in the netherlands. do i have to care about all the 2257 stuff?

it's "no" if you don't plan to have Americans as affilates.
Otherwise US webmasters might want to cover their asses with your 2257 info / docs. Anyways, you better talk to a lawyer to get the exact answer and be sure 100% |
