I've been pushing PussyCash, VSCash, WebCamCash, Camazon, 247live, Payserve.

Why only push one? Try them all and test different things.
Traffic seems to convert different for different sites.

I've made the most money with PussyCash. All the programs seem to convert the same, but PussyCash is paying the most.

Indeed, tgp traffic is not the best option for cams promotion. Sometimes this type of traffic can give you the yammy bonus, but it couldn't be even compared to SE traffic.
