Actually, yes he is paid to do this, but there are allot of people paid to do their job and do a real shitty job of it or could give a fuck less about a customers problem. It was nice to see him get my problems resolved after I gave up hope from not being able to get through to customer service.

I wanted to give credit when it is due....so in a way he earned it...:D

Agree - Michael has done an excellent job and sustained this over time while taking a load of crap at various levels from basic idiots thru to genuine issues.

The next issue is Epass as a corp - specifically in dealing with gaming transactions while operating a legal entity front outside US territory while motivators in that company are US citizens and where their involvement possibly contravene's the Wire Act and several other US gaming laws.

If Michael is around, perhaps he, or a decison-maker in Epass would care to clarify the above since that scenario can possibly involve putting webmaster funds at risk.
