I used it before for business. Its a customer management tool. Such as, a place to store leads, prospects, clients, and their information. Its good if you have a business that involves customer relations and such.

It's about the most popular CRM software out there for medium to large sized companies. They had a huge conference in San Fran a couple months ago.
