That sounds like an understatement. The silence speaks volumes...

With the lack of any response, it can only be assumed that there are issues with US gaming laws and ignoring this is like living in lala land.

I hope your not talking about me

I have said nothing in reference to hating on epass. I use them frequently and have a valid concern about what could happen to my money

can you please give everyone a breakdown on the legality of facilitating gambling transactions for US customers and how it can in no way affect the performance of epassporte or its future? many seem to be under the impression that its illegal and are referring to a recent case as a source of concern.

much appreciated

That is the problem Forest - if it is the case that it cannot be stated on a public forum and if it would leave them "open to all kinds of shit" - obviously there is a "small problem".

Any commercial operation has normally no problem stating their position, and would state that quicker than later if it was plain sailing.

well, despite sleazy plugging for them and giving us the iraqi information minister routine that all is well, and for us to please disregard the other millionaires being hauled before US courts currently, the total lack of transparency is a huge warning sign in my eyes... i've been burned too many times now when it came to people handling my money.

if i'm an idiot for wanting to know these things according to sleazy then so be it, i guess all the non-idiots can listen to him and not have a care in the world..

Obviously not PP...

It's disappointing to see yer another company handling the funds of webmasters and possibly placing these funds at risk, while having a cavalier attitude towards transparency and avoiding answering a simple question. Ibill revisited... and the clock it ticking.

So, call me crazy...but I've been calling epass all day and the "support" line is busy. I've got $300 hanging in limbo since I "withdrew" it to my bank account 14 days ago and epass told me it would be there by Monday of this week. When I log into my account it's mysteriously missing cash and we won't even get into the "other" incident that I "heard" about because epass really did an amazing job with that one. Kudos to the execs!

Epass, what's up guys?

don't call epassporte support - icq keyser. he's the man with the answers.

i love my epassporte and it's been a big help for me but i, too, am concerned about this issue re gambling. when i saw that fake story, i looked up epassporte and most of what i found in the mainstream were gambling references.

Not responding to legitimate questions sucks...

How many threads have there been about poor customer service from Epassporte lately?

Also about this Keyser Soze person, whom people spoke so highly of - I noticed his nick changed to something like Michael O, and most of the responses lately seem to be impersonal corporate responses, unlike the Keyser of the past. I'm beginning to have doubts that it is the same person.

Epassporte is not making a very good showing for themselves by initially creating a sticky thread to out a scoundrel, whom no one in this thread has defended, and then disappearing once true legitimate questions and concerns were raised.

So, since you are such great friends, and if he is such a great guy, see if you can get him to respond to the questions raised in this thread, since the rest of his company seems to be ducking the issue.

As things stand, his company's credibility stock is falling fast.

Thanks,

I do not understand how so many people who have not yet fallen into the black hole of EP support are apparently unconcerned by both the volume and similarity of the complaints which appear around the boards. And how can anyone, in the present climate, not be concerned about their involvement with gambling?

I don't see a problem with using them as a money handler, quick in, quick out so if the worst comes to the worst, you lose whatever is in transit. But even without any issues, it would be crazy to regard an offshore company, effectively a reseller for the services of an offshore bank, as remotely like a "real" financial institution.

You hit the nail on the head jayeff

Not suggesting this of Epass in particular, but that scenario offers no security whatsoever and can be terminated any time. At least with any bank, offshore or otherwise, there are regulatory controls (and normal banking costs which don't involve excessive charges for fund movements).

Total farce! I was trying to be nice about Epass, but they deserve nada and only hope webmasters have the sense to withdraw/secure all funds out of this stupid situation asap.

It's little better than another iBill or VirtualWhateverIt'sCalled scenario

All I will say is that I have turned over probably 100K + with Epass with no questions or problems.....

I actually won some money with a major customer of theirs the other day and all of a sudden that customer is closed by Epass - so I cant get my money. No support from Epass - promises from phone reps that never happened for example.

Keysor can answer general questions, but he cant look at accounts etc.

I have $10,000 just flying around in limbo because of this - Epass are losing my long held support very rapidly.

i didn't say we were friends - but he is very helpful and i'm far from the only person who finds him so.

try and remember that is he only an employee. if his boss says he is not allowed to respond to this thread, what can he do? i'm not saying that happened, but it surely could have. for all we know, he has the flu or is on his annual vacation.

i'd also like an answer to the question regarding gambling payments, but it seems to me the only person who should make those comments is chris mallick since it is his company. the reps don't really have any say over this issue or any other.

well the way i see it is if the make a comment regarding gambling on an open forum and that comment is that they are currently acting as a transfer agent for gambling sites ( which according to many articles, gaming sites ect ect they are) then they are admitting to breaking US law and open themselves up to ligitation from the DOJ

Chris mallack isnt going to say anything here or anywhere publically

I remember reading an article about the neteller execs that got arrested. They had commented in corp docs that they could be open to prosecution in the US for transacting transfers to gaming sites.

does chris live in the US?

Bump for an answer about your money.

As for the other questions raised, unless Epassporte is involved in something illegal regarding gambling, I would think they would welcome the opportunity to prove otherwise.

With all of the gambling forum chatter and referrals from gambling sites, I doubt that being silent in this thread will keep the Feds off of ePassporte's trail.

I am more concerned about the impact of eppasporte getting shut down over gambling can have on the adult industry.

So now it's been 19 days and my $300 is still in limbo, epass isn't answering their support lines, hasn't responded here or to my repeated emails. I've got nearly another $100 hanging in limbo transferred out since then and...still NOTHING?

This can't be good.

Yep, and it's all cool, admins love these guys. Owners love these guys even more, the more bullshit he stirs the more views/clicks/pageloads they get.

Why else would they be left alone to do what they want on this forum all the time. Makes you wonder how many of these trolls are actually seeded inhouse for specifically this reason.

Even though he is on your ignore list, he still manages to upset you.

ePassporte update - new way to get your funds NOW

Many of us are suffering, because they cannot access their funds on epassporte. Wires are not being sent or do not arrive.

Others still believe epassporte will be back soon.

Two different points of view. I thought it might be a good idea to bring the both sides together.

Sell your epassporte funds NOW!

Or

Make a fortune by buying epassporte funds cheap.

So everyone bitched at DEA for bumping all these old threads, and you're doing it again but to spam your shit? Where in your head do you see this leading to good things for you?
