pass, I haven't used it but all the major features MS are shouting about are nothing more than clones of features already in OS X.

Gadgets, Widgets
Aero, Aqua
etc etc...

Wow! Those are really useful features. IMHO it's just impossible to work without aqua, aero, widgets and gadgets. I believe you forgot to mention cool wallpapers and amazing boot screen
