yellow jackets are the king of these legal "uppers" , you can still get them online pretty cheap but GNC doesn't carry them anymore, i think some people ended up inthe hospital with heart probs.

if your looking to get cut, try to find clenbueterol. when i read some of the ingredients in some of thermogenics offered at places like GNC or Hi-Health it looks like someone cooked that shit up in their basement. it's not a steriod, but muscle heads do use it as a cutting agent.

Stacker 3 doesn't give you the jitters Stacker 2, or Stacker 4 do.. for some reason..

Stacker 2 will keep you awake a LONG time..

at least that's been my experience.

different strokes for different folkes i guess... i've done the 2 day on two day off cycle for 20 days at a time and have had excellent results. most people do the two week on two week off cycle and are disapointed that they plateau.

by the way, do you need a workout partner cheshire?

Unfortunat;ly "Clen" only works for about 2 weeks then the recepters shut down. Gives you real bad head aches from the high body temp too (up to 101). Should be cycled for 2weeks on 4 off etc

thats funny you should mention stacker 2 me and my gf are starting bfl on Monday and we will be taking them to help with the weight loss and muscle gain. We did bf before and we both liked the results. Only problem I have with stacker is it seems to make me mad easily. And it gives my gf gas sometimes. I used xenadrine but they taste terrible. I would also use creatine to get cut up it increases the level of water in your muscles so they don't fatigue as easy and they heal faster so you can pump more.

We should have a before and after contest on gfy, any one interested?

for those who don't know bfl is body for life a fitness program that last ninety days - basicly you follow a work out program 6 days a week and on the 7th day you have what's called a free day, you can eat what ever you want as much as you want but for the other 6 days you must follow the program in order for it to work. Seeing is beliving and if my hard drive didn't fry i could show you my gf's and mine before and after pics I got down to 11% body fat so close to my goal of 9% thats from 20% and I gained 23 pounds of muscle and lost about 30 pounds of fat. Now this is not easy if it was everyone would have a six pack and be buff. But if you all are interested then lets do it the more the merrier plus when your in a group the whole compition thing makes you try harder.
I would even offer space for a site to track the whole thing if someone wants to make one. maybe I should do this in another thread? The more I think about it the better sounds. And I love contests. who's with me?
PS: all who enter must post a before and after pic for everyone to judge ( actually we took our pics every 2 weeks and the transformation is noticiable after the 3 week for my gf and the 4th for me) thats means you miss cheshire
