for those who don't know bfl is body for life a fitness program that last ninety days - basicly you follow a work out program 6 days a week and on the 7th day you have what's called a free day, you can eat what ever you want as much as you want but for the other 6 days you must follow the program in order for it to work. Seeing is beliving and if my hard drive didn't fry i could show you my gf's and mine before and after pics I got down to 11% body fat so close to my goal of 9% thats from 20% and I gained 23 pounds of muscle and lost about 30 pounds of fat. Now this is not easy if it was everyone would have a six pack and be buff. But if you all are interested then lets do it the more the merrier plus when your in a group the whole compition thing makes you try harder.
I would even offer space for a site to track the whole thing if someone wants to make one. maybe I should do this in another thread? The more I think about it the better sounds. And I love contests. who's with me?
PS: all who enter must post a before and after pic for everyone to judge ( actually we took our pics every 2 weeks and the transformation is noticiable after the 3 week for my gf and the 4th for me) thats means you miss cheshire
