Costa Rica or the likes seem to be the easiest if you want to setup an IBC.

Easy is relative.

For example... do you speak the local language?

Spain WAS pretty easy, since last 3/4 years it's a fucking pain in the ass even to go on vacations, I was several times there, I've european papers (Italy) and every fucking time there are more and more restrictions, I almost had to make a promise sealed with blood that my wife wouldn't stay there as an illegal inmigrant after I leave the country... and she's the daughter of a basque!!

On to the topic, I'd say most Latin American countries, and within those, the most recommended would be Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela (in no particular order). I heard New Zealand is easy for US citizens, same for Fiji, but really not sure

New Zealand is piss easy to move to. Once you've lived here for (i think its 2 years) you can move to Australia.

Most of the people I know who work online do not get a work visa. Illegal, but the odds of getting caught are very slim.

Some of these only allow 120 days MAX per year in the country unless you get something other than a tourist visa.

You must have done something wrong, I got my NIE in a week and my Residencia in 8 months and I also have European papers (Germany). As for vacations I really don't understand why you had problems since EU citizens aren't even checked at the boarders?!?!?!?

I didn't have any trouble, but my wife seems to be like the headmaster behind Al Qaeda or something like that. She has Argentinian papers

Mexico is easy. I got my FM3 papers in about 3 months worth of effort.
Opened a S.A. de C.V. and got bank accounts and everything in my name and
company name as well.

Mexico is very nice to do business in.

most countries will want you to have one of the following:
-must have a job
-must bring an amount of money or buy/inherit property
-should speak the language

this does vary from country to country.
costa rica, if nobody tells you to leave you can stay.
just employ a bunch of (what i call) "guys with sticks".
amsterdam, you better have a dying relative.
you need a job, property, about $80k US and to pass a dutch language test.

I lived and worked in London for a year.. as a Canadian, they allow you a 2 year working visa. I'm not sure how long you must be there to stay, or what sort of job you have to have.

true dat

and its getting more n more complicated - Holland is a pretty popular country these days so you need people here, if youre born outside holland and are married to a dutch girl, that is getting more complicated too. No more 3 months marriages and citizenship.

Plus if you wanna live in one of the 10 biggest cities 80k a year is really the minimum.

Argentina is a nice and cheap country to live if you don´t have to work in. I mean, if you are working with internet, Buenos Aires is a great city to live it for a year. (more than 1 year can produce serious mind deseases)
