A home based business with employees is really a real business and shouldnt be in the home. Neighbors arent going to want several cars coming and going daily and parking all day in the street/area

Maybe you should refer to your local courthouse and chamber of commerce.

Many cities have home based business rules that restrict outside employees, and some will require you to have enough parking so that cars are not street parked.

Check with the city / county / parish you are in, and when in doubt, use that lawyer you have on retainer (you have one, right?)

Go to city hall and ask for a copy of the city code. It might cost you some money but it's completly worth it. Do not just get the one section that pertains to you or believe whatever they tell you. There are exemptions to your situation (if you have one) in other sections. I deal with that shit all day and it pays to have a copy on hand. Don't bother looking at teh website either, because they always update that shit and you want eh latest version.
