Expect some funkiness for a few days or a week until it settles down.

As for differential PR, it totally depends on how you link (externally and internally) to the pages.

It's PR, if your not using your PR to make yourself money don't worry about. You can have PR0 pages that are #1 on google. PR for most people doesn't mean jack shit.
