You need to use a DVI cable, I use a 37" 1080p Westinghouse... it is AMAZING.

Man... any screen bigger than around 21" really starts to hurt my eyes when I try to read text on it for an extended period of time. Dunno how the hell people adjust to 37"+ tv's to use as monitors.

My eyes are just damn weird I guess. I have great ears (can hear a pin drop in a room with a blasting sound system), but shitty eyes. Anything above 1280x1024 and my eyes just start to ache (when it comes to reading text for some strange damn reason). I also have troubles with blues on reds and vice versa (It's hard for me to look at any image with a lot of red/blue color in it). Fucking eyes

Make sure the PC resolution matches your TV's native panel resolution. Use a DVI or HDMI connection. If your TV has HDMI there are DVI -> HDMI adapters.

42" is too big. You'd have to turn your head everytime you move the mouse from the left side screen to the right.

I would like it if it was twice that resolution like maybe 3840 x 2160 or higher.
Would be better than having 2 monitors. You could have 3+ browser windows open horizontally on that.

Make a folder "stuff" move all your icon's into it, place in lower left corner. If there is a chance of burn-in you have greatly limited it.

What the hell does anyone need a screen bigger than 21" for?

Unless you are doing presentations, I don't see the point.

I think some of you are spending a wee bit too much time on your computers.

You guys have no idea, no idea how much easier this monitor is on my eyes.

I used to get strain on a 17, 19, or 21, with this 37", I have NEVER had eye strain.

Also, no, you don't have to move your head, ever. Any higher resolution and I would have to sit closer to the screen to read the text. This way, I can lean back in my chair about 2.5-3 feet from the screen and work in comfort. For games, nothing beats it, fucking amazing picture.

Send me 300 sales and I'll buy you one ;)
