It was a bout time. If they only answered merchants' questions - or solved problems - faster than after 2 days, they would almost have a nice thing going.

two other things:

(1) it seems to be running slow as hell.
(2) for both the 22nd and 23rd, about 50 full signups/day have 'appeared' today that weren't there yesterday. and today's su's appear to be down by a large margin.

anyone else seeing similar problems?

They must have saw that register.com changed the layout of their site and figured it was time.

The old CMI looked better. This one is too fruity.

Quiet I also had some sales that appeared out of no where. When I checked the last few days it showed 0 sales - until today; a couple of showed up for the 22 and 23. It leads me to believe they must not show the stats in real time. Maybe it is a day or longer ...

If everyone hates them so much.... why use them still? There are plenty of great billing companies out there, some that even have 24/7 support. :-)

Stop bitchin' and start movin'

No, everyone does not hate iBill. I've been with them for 4 years and they've never been late with a payment. Besides, even if I were considering moving, I really wouldn't trust a billing company that has to spam message boards for new business, such as yours.

CC,

Sorry that you consider my post spam. I do not come on this board to get new business as it is mostly a bunch of people bitching anyway. I come to have a bit of fun and answer questions when I can.
I call it a bit of self promotion. Nothing wrong with that.
To get new business, we rely on paid advertising and happy merchant referrals. Not to discount that we have dozens of ISOs, Designers and ISPs that rely on us to take care of thier customer referrals as well.

Yes, I see the same thing.
Its really extremely frustrating ..
The damn admin takes so long to load that the session times out !
All I had to do was check one account yesterday and after 30 minutes of playing games with the admin I finally just called them to see if the customer was still active.
