Anybody use them and do they work? I've started to get serious pain in my right wrist and this time it's not from too much wanking.

Thinking of going and buying one but it's a 5 mile drive and I can't be bothered if they don't work.

Buy them! I've had one for 3 years now and immediately you'll be able to tell the difference. Get a mouse gel pad and keyboard gel pad. I'm sure your wrist will get the relief!

They work! Order them from the internet if it's too far to drive.

Get one off eBay, it'll be shipped to your front door and it'll be cheaper than the 10 mile drive to and from.

actually Tipsy, those things never worked for me... they're just irritating to me..... but I used one of those padded "mousing gloves" for a while.... worked awesome, fixed my wrist, and within a few weeks I was able to ditch it.... cost $5 bucks at Staples....

I use them. I make sure I get the ones from Fellowes because those are the only good ones, the gel is just right. Others make the gel it too hard for your wrists.

My gelpad came with my computer. I got serious carpal tunnel about 2 years ago. I actually switched over to mousing with my left hand for about 8 months, until my left wrist was quite sore. Then I switched back and have been using the gel pad and I must say everything is fine.

Go ergonomic as much as possible. Saves a lot of aches and pains in the long haul.
