Hello everybody,

after having stayed up all night reading the cozyacademy articles regarding TGP owner sites.

it never mentioned the costs of running a TGP for example one like

all the articles seemed to be more from the perspective of the the gallery builders who submit to the TGP owners, but i want to know the situation from the TGP owners perspective.

1.why are people still using sites like persian kitty etc - i prefer just going to a TGP like youngerbabes and seeing very quickly what i want to see. unlike those silly TGP sites (why are they called TGP when they dont even have thumbnails only text links to galleries???) where u cant even see what ur gonna get cos its a silly text link saying teen with big boobs gets boned just like the hundred other links below it ???

2. if a TGP owner site like youngerbabes gets 25,000 visitors daily and lets say 1 of those visitors goes to a gallery and eventually signs up to the sponsor site, does youngerbabes owner get a percentage for that sign up?

3. i guess what i want to know is - how does a TGP like youngerbabes make its money. expensive advertising space at the top once its getting a lot of visitors e.g 20,000 daily? how else can it make money?

4. what are the costs?
if youngerbabes gets 20,000 visitors daily that means 20,000 X whatever the total size of the page is in MB ( i.e all the thumbnails) - is that expensive?

5. is it worth it?

6.please help me. i cant sleep because of this!

Many make their money from selling advertising spots and partner accounts.Unless it's their sponsor galleries they don't get any revenue from a potential sale

TGP's are called TGP's because people POST THUMBNAIL GALLERIES to them.. meaning galleries with thumbnails... The site links pages with thumbnails...

As I said, if you are not some silly bullshitter, email or icq me and I will help you get started, but dont ask silly questions without even doing a little research.

"Thumbnail" refers to the gallery itself, eg 15 thumbs leading to full sized images

If he uses sponsor provided Free Hosted Galleries then he will. You link to the galleries with a unique affiliate ID which means you are credited for any sales. BTW I'd say he gets a lot more than 25,000 visitors

Long established TGPs can sell advertising and paid gallery placements. Most newer TGPs these days just send to FHGs so they get credit for sales.

If you're used to a mainstream host that charges $5 a month for 5 gigs of transfer then a typical adult plan would probably seem "expensive." The reality is that the per gig cost is usually a lot lower in bulk.

Nope, I just wasted 15 mins typing this reply. You may as well forget it.

Seriously... TGP is based on volume. If you managed to grow a teen TGP to a consistent 25k per day you would probably be lucky to gross a few hundred dollars a month. Traffic trading is also something of an art form so you may even be struggling to get to this level. Be prepared to work hard.
