Getting from London to Belfast
What's the cheapest way?
I looked on Orbitz an BA charges an extra $100 on top of the price of the ticket just to fly to Ireland! Screw that. What are my options, who knows? |

Ryanair but it will likely not to go from the airport you fly into for your flight to London. So, if you are doing the flights on the same day make sure you are going to be okay moving between airports.

Give bmibaby.com a try - they fly from Heathrow and usually have flights for as little as £5 (around $10), although you will have to pay around £15-20 ($30-60) airport tax etc. ontop of that.

I'll fly with Shok and Mrs. Shok to London then stay there and hang out with TOGM and Sarah
It's funny - we stayed at the Savoy back in 1979 when I last went. It was a GORGEOUS hotel. I guess as hotels have gotten nicer and it's gotten older, it's really lost its luster. I was reading reviews and none were very favorable We also hired a taxi driver to spend about a week driving us through the countryside and staying at B&Bs. THAT was fun. Most had communal bathrooms and dinner/breakfast tables. And they'd give booze to a 17 year old, lol |

Ryanair don't fly to Belfast (you might get a cheap flight into Dublin though and train it to Belfast).
Train from London to Scotland for the ferry would nearly cost $100 you're trying to save. For the sake of $100, I'd take the BA flight.

Just don't make it whenever the Xbiz vegas show is this year because I am going to aim for that as my show this year and that is July..would stink to miss you. The problem with London, as far as hotels go, is that you have really really good and expensive ones and really crap ones and very little in between. It is something they are trying to work on before the Olympics. Check out lastminute.com from time to time and you can get good deals on the better ones. As far as booze to a 17 year old...well that is legal so why shouldn't they |

$100 is also only 50 pounds these days with the crappy exchange rate so for 50 pounds I would go with BA rather than a cheap airline.

I like going to Phoenix but it means I only get to the Northeast when it is still cold and snowy. I want to try for the Vegas show in the summer so I can actually see the country in summer again. That is, of course, assuming it is actually happening again. I have only been to Vegas once and that was in January so I am sure I will drop some more weight just sweating it off in Vegas.

I was drinking something sparkly and lemony that came in a can but had booze in it. My favorite was ordering room service tea every day. I had my own room and I'm not sure my Dad was impressed when the bill came......... |

When im in London I stay at the Millineum Baily's on Glouchester tube stop. I love that place.
I may stay in London a few days, but will spend at least 3 between Dublin and Belfast |
