You would have to have a broad knowledge of international banking, the US Economy, curreny exchanges, the Fed itself, plus the time to sift through all the crap on those sites and rebut every point.

And supposing someone actually took the time to do that, what would the result be? Because the conspiracy theorist can add more bullshit to his theory than a rebutter can research and refute, the rebuttal would be wasted. Why?
