Oh yeah, I forgot to thank everyone for all their support in this matter. I was impressed with all of the people that I had behind me in this, it did mean a lot and it did help me feel better in a time of total stress.

Peaches hasn't had a single good point since this whole thing started, and neither has RawAlex. I think they both lost a LOT of respect from a LOT of people through this whole process as well. At least now they can give their tongues, and MikeAI's anus, a rest. Things had to have been getting pretty damn sore for both of them. Slick: Honestly, no offense here, but you'd be an absolute idiot to keep your domains with them at this point. I'd move to a registrar that knows what their job is, and doesn't have such ridiculous policies in place, if I were you. In fact, many already have. |

Boy Alley,
I think you are one of the biggest morons GFY was ever blessed with. |

nice to hear your update , now where is directnic.. they still left alot of questions.. Frankly , while i empathize with your situation , im not worried about you but about me ( no offense ). It would really be nice to KNOW the litmus test directnic gives sites before they decide to suspend them. We know what the law says as its clearly defined ( well mostly anyways ), but in this case it doesnt appear a legal decision was made bur more of a judgement call based on someones "gut feeling ? "

And infact i would think the shaw case alone would be a worrysome tidbit and certainly not something we should hope for.. as the domain was pulled just because of an allegation , nothing to do with the law.. |

Some of you people are down right fucking idiots! I will leave it up to you to decide who. Know it alls shooting off your mouths. Christ, stick a cock in it!

So since WineTalk hadn't "talked" on here much for a very long time, and considering the vigor with which he's been discussing this particular topic, even someone as "stupid" as I am can figure out that he must have or had some business or personal relationship to someone at DirectNic.
I'd be interested to hear if he'd discuss what that may be? Did someone buy you a drink at a show once or something? |
Glad you got it worked out to your satisfaction Slick. Found an interesting article about working with the "Gatekeepers" (registrars) during challenges to free speech in the adult industry. It's a good read.

OK, BoyAlley - no offense, but you just completely showed your ignorance. Winetalk INVENTED board sparring. Back when you were probably still in grade school.

I know he's been around for a long time. I also know he hasn't bothered to "spar" on any issues for a looooooooong time. Then the DirectNic topic arises, and he magically decides to start sparing again? I think not. He's not been performing analingus on MikeAI anywhere to the degree you or RawAlex have, but he's certainly been giving it a good go of it..... |

Are you really interested? Paypal me $2000 and I'll spill my guts. If you are not that interested, don't waste my time, there are other 23891 GFYers who are as stupid as you are and require my immediate attention. |

analingus, is that what you gay boys consider the highest form of entertaintment? I bet you $50 that NOBODY ever licked your ass, and I bet you another $500 that you would have licked mine if I let you. You are enjoying me shitting in your mouth, don't ya? |
This thread exploded. Serge, as always, the master of stirring the shit. I've missed you! lol!!

Also you may want to note, that just because you have made money, doesn't mean your opinions are somehow instantly valid. Plenty of people have made plenty of money and are still clueless about plenty of things. While it's obvious you have a self sense of entitlement, the actual opinions that I've seen you expressing on here are sophomoric at best, and certainly haven't been impressive in their own right. "I was in this industry early on and made a lot of money then left so listen to what I say as if it were the word of god" doesn't impress me as much as it may some others on here. I'm one of those people that judges a person based on the ideas and opinions that they express, not their perceived bonifides. :2 cents: |
i didnt read the whole thread so sorry if you already answered
but they are not even offering to give you any money for your downtime and shit? |
I wonder if BoyAlley's sig will be worth less for his cluelessness or worth more for his ability to stir up shit by insulting at least 1/2 the people in the business? Will be interesting to watch..........

:( OK, I'll settle for BoyAlley's analingus..... will you mind that my asshole is a little dirty? I'll give you free mouth wash. |

Blah blah blah, I wonder how much his sig will be worth, blah blah blah. Yes, I am clueless. I only hope that I can become as intellectual as you are some day Peaches. |

This is true and i totally understand where slick is coming from , he has no reason to be a martyr for the industry. But at the same time if everyone lays down we are letting our rights be trampled.. If it was me i would have done much the same thing as slick.. Its always a hard call when individuals have to make judgement calls and in doing this i would think it almost forces directnic to continue doing a job law enforcement should be doing and i think will quickly snowball. If another registrar just wanted to kill his competition they could simply send allegation to every domain at directnic and they will be forced to spend the manpower to investigate.. The steps are already in place ( 2257 ) to start enforcing some of this stuff legally, icaan and the feds should be cooperating and setting out guidlines for registrars.. to me its pretty simple.. If the domain is registered in the usa and has no 2257 , a warrant would be issued to the registrar to pull the domain . not the registrar doing it themselves based on nothing really. This would obviously ruffle alot of feathers , but i think it would be beneficial and give us a guidline to follow. |

what makes you say that? I see no mind in our relations, I shit in his mouth, he analinguses my asshole, we keep things very simple. |

Good words, bad business approach. Stop worrying about "us", and worry only about "you". If "us" get out of business, "you" will only benefit from it. Let "us" perish, they are not your friends, they are not your relatives. Save humanity and the industry one person at a time, starting with "you", and just let "us" be. "us" is clueless on the most part anyway. Don't stand on the way of natural evolution. |
