How do you figure out how much to ask....
I'm looking to sell my paysite... well it's actually a 4 page tour it's been hooked to ynp since I upped it.
I haven't had the time or patience to deal with it and I found out where I am, it's illegal for me to run a paysite. *sighs* Anyways, how would you find a asking price for the domain and the tour? I was offered $400.00, but I was told the design was worth $800.00 alone.

Its called pussypleazers and I was told it's illegal to run it in Escambia Florida....
That was just the straw that broke the camels back. I run a successful content site, so I haven't had time to put into the paysite as is needed.

I also had the domain appraised... they told me 10k ....
that's absurd, right? can't be worth THAT much??

If ya can't get it appraised, or that isn't used to gauge the value of your site, then how in the world do you agree on a price between seller and buyer ....
