Regarding post about CCbill
Over the past decade(approx) I have sent many emails to CCbill.
Every email was answered and every issue was resolved. I make sure I use the correct email for the issue and I state the issue in the message subject. Subjects like "Hi, it's me" or "My website" are not the kind of subjects I use. I state the issue like "affiliate account 1234567 cannot login". That is all.
