				Ambien CR anyone?!
How come I can't order Ambien CR anywhere on the net? Generic Ambien is available but I would love to try those 2 layers (Fall Asleep + STAY asleep) pills. I'm tired of sleeping 3-4 hours and waking up... If anyone has acess to Ambien CR, let me know. I will pay the prescription, order, shipping, etc.

				 | Is it a narcotic? Don't take sleeping pills... try some melatonin. My mom takes Ambien CR and it works for a few hours and she still doesn't sleep. People are too pill happy these days. Try a shot of whiskey if all else fails.

Alcohol can be used as sedative (calming), however while alcohol may speed the beginning of sleep, it actually increases the number of times you awaken in the later half of the night.

How does seroquel quetiapine work for you? Never heard of that one... it seems pretty hard. Gets you to sleep and stay asleep all night long?

If your brain is just to active to sleep (thinking of to much shit), it sort of turns it off and then makes you tired. You will need at least 8 hours before you wake up, and do expect a slight hangover feeling that lasts about 10-20 minutes. I only use it rarely and sometimes I combo it as well. I will take 12.5mg and 5mg valium. (pill splitters are great). I have not woken up early while on it. Though when it starts to kick in you will feel sort of drugged or even drunk, lay down and close your eyes. If you hold on to much to enjoy the feeling the knock out effect gets a little less effective.

				 | it's easy to build up a tolerance to xanax after a while. I know people who can pop handfuls and they don't even seem phased. |

modifying your body chemistry is modifying your body chemistry. its largely irrelevant if you are taking 1000mg a day of ascorbic acid or eating 30 oranges. trying to make a solid argument about what is natural and what isn't, what is better and why... would require an education in bio-chemistry... just because something is found in nature, doesn't mean its better or healthy. plenty of natural things cause illness and can kill you ... and just because something is made in a lab, doesn't mean its harmful or worse than something that occurs naturally. h2o made in a lab and h2o in a bottle at your supermarket ...is still h2o | |
