A bicycle or the subway. Driving in NYC is crazy

clickricky 12-12-2006 03:21 PM

driving NYC is fun, when you arrive in NYC you gotta go berserker mode, then
everything is ok, all you gotta says is "move bitch get out the way"

lots of you guys drive benz... i would like to add a benz to the fleet this year but havent driven one yet... do they drive more like a cadillac or a beamer? (i hate the feeling and stearing in the beamer)

the Shemp:
im not much for trucks but that is a NICE looking ram!

livesexoncams:

ExtremeBank_Adam:

insomniac768:
i love anything nissan makes, i drove a nissan maxima for a few months and its the only thing i can compare to the cts i have now... nissan is great and the titan looks sweet... its one of the nicest looking trucks i think its up there with that new lincoln pickup

stickyfingerz:
thats a nice home you have there!

ForteCash:
i agree... i think even if i bought a ferarri my cadillac will always be my primary car... nothing drives like a cadillac ;)

Could get it down to mid-11's with pulley, ECU, and headers ...

The SL600 and 65's will do 11's stock, and with a ECU/TCU will do 10's easy. SL600 doesnt have the AMG resale value though, and the SL65 is almost $200k vs $125k for the SL55

Thats a nice SL you have CHRIS (FoundryNap) too bad you don't own it, James McCreary does.

Well, if you're buying an H2, it's not for the fuel economy, lol. I get about 10-12 mpg. I never drive highway only, so I couldn't tell you what that would be, but my onboard computer always says about 300-340 miles until empty after I fill up. I think the fuel tank is 32 gallons or so.

thanks . . .

I agree. Looking back over the past twenty years I've lost a lot of money buying cars. I have a bad habit of buying a new Mustang every two years and every time I've lost money. Much better off buying real estate.

I've always owned at least one car that's still under warranty. No, it's not the cheapest way to own cars and no it's not making me money, but my time is worth money too. Just like paying Amazon to wrap and mail my presents :)

HushMoney 12-17-2006 11:33 AM

Just got my Jeep SRT8 back from DC Performance, they tweaked it out by and added 50HP with better torque in all the right places......This thing is insanely fast now!!!!:thumbsup

Thanks. I don't like the SUV version so much either, but I was liking the pics of the SUT before it even came out.

We spend a little money on cars (maybe more than we should), but I am all into the bikes and will buy a new one each year if it's upgraded. Went on a ride this morning with a group of guys and had a blast tearing up some back roads.
