Explorer Oddity!
Hey People,
I've finally broke down and decided to give my system a desperately needed cleaning. I organized my desktop (I don't think I could have had many more icons on there before I ran outta space), I deleted my temp internet files, uninstalled dozens of unused programs, etc. When it came to organizing my browser, that took the longest. My Favorites was a clusterfuck - I had to sift through hundreds of either dead or outdated bookmarks. While doing this, one idea I had was to put actual folders in my Links part of My Favorites (as opposed to just regular links). When you do this, you get nice organized folders at the top of your browser, that when you click, they show the contents like a dropdown. The problem I'm having is that when I click on one of these bookmarks, it doesn't load into my current browser window - it shows up in one of my other open windows. If you guys are like me, I'm sure you juggle browser windows all the time and you can see why I wouldn't want this happening. I want the link to behave just like a normal link - to appear in the current active browser window. Does anyone out there have any ideas on this for me? ![]()

I design webpages - and I like to see sites as most other people do, but relatively speaking: hardly anyone uses Opera. Opera is a good alternative for some people, especially if they have older computers that aren't that powerful and cannot handle some of today's applications that demand more of your systems resources to run. ![]()

Opera is a great browser for casual surfing but since it doesn't remember passwords, it is essentially useless to me.
