I get so many emails everyday asking me "can I mail cash or money order" My reply is "At this time we only accept online cc and checks..." My question is is there a way that they can print out a form that will grab the ccbill reffer ID so I know who to give the credit? Also how can I add 900 number billing using globill or WSB and still make sure that my affiliates get credit? Any advice would help thanks
